Training and Education Terms & Conditions
Course confirmations are mailed upon application and fee receipts. Registration fees include course materials and refreshment breaks.
Professional Development Units (PDUs) and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for most programs. Please consult your professional board for confirmation of PDU and CEU eligibility.
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to students who successfully complete any Trident Consulting LLC course offering.
Guarantees for professional certification offerings: Trident Consulting LLC offers a 100% guarantee on all of its offerings advertised as being specifically for the purposes of preparing participants for professional certification examinations. See product and course descriptions for details and applicability of this guarantee.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations received up to 7 business days of course commencement are fully refundable. Cancellations received within 7 days of course commencement will be subject to the full course fee, and may be applied to future offerings occurring within 6 months of the original offering. Please note that all course cancellations must be made prior to the beginning of the course, or they will otherwise be subject to the fukll course fee. Substitutions may be made prior to course commencement at no additional fee. Please email us at substitutions@trident-consulting.net for substitutions.
Course dates, times and prices are subject to change at any time. In the event Trident Consulting LLC must cancel a course for any reason a full refund will be made. Trident Consulting LLC will not be responsible for participant’s airfare, meals or other expenses resulting from the course cancellation.
